Glycosaminoglycans can be replaced with glucosamine, Chondroitin, pink Himalayan salts, Trace Mineral complexes, Humic acid supplements, Rudraksha malas( you wear them), Cinnabar, Dragon’s blood, & other foods in the Mercury family ( including pork)…
