Probiotics used to be something you took after taking antibiotics…
Kind of like drinking Yogurt (Kefir)…Lots of it…
So Probiotics used to only refer to things that boosted Calcium & Phosphorus levels…
But then the word got appropriated…
All of a sudden, people were using the word probiotic to describe sauerkraut…
Now Sauerkraut is cabbage that has been shredded into thin strips & soaked in vinegar…***
Cabbage is a Cruciferous vegetable which lowers Blood sugar(like antibiotics do)…
Vinegar is in the Zinc family that lowers Lead levels in the Thyroid gland & frontal lobe & bones…
***”sauerkraut Meaning in the Cambridge English Dictionary dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/sauerkraut sauerkraut meaning, definition, what is sauerkraut: cabbage that has been cut into small pieces and preserved in vinegar. ”
So that is pretty different from Yogurt type pills…
Yogurt type things are a NO if you have cancer…
Cruciferous vegetables are a YES, & Vinegar is a YES too, if you have cancer…
So…
Do you eat sauerkraut or not? If you soak your own shredded cabbage in vinegar, I say yes…(Apple Cider Vinegar by Bragg’s is the best I have found so far medicinally speaking!)
If you buy a salty commercial brine brand of sauerkraut, the salt alone can be dangerous…
